Founded in 2019, we deliver projects across the commercial, government, healthcare, financial and multifamily sectors - with a proven track record on projects ranging from $100K to over $40M.

Eric Scott, PMP
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER
Eric Scott is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SDG Construction Services. He holds a Master of Science in Building Construction & Integrated Project Delivery Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Morehouse College, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Before founding SDG, Eric spent more than a decade in project controls with nationally ranked ENR Top 20 construction firms, working on major aviation, federal and infrastructure programs valued from the hundreds of millions into the billions of dollars around the US and globally. He also managed the new construction development of multifamily projects for one of the nation’s Top 10 largest apartment development firms. As CEO, he sets the company's strategy and growth, leads key client and partner relationships, and provides executive oversight on SDG's prime projects and pursuits.
Ashley Scott is the President & co-owner of SDG Construction Services. She holds a Master of Science in Building Construction & Facility Management and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Before SDG, Ashley managed commercial projects with nationally ranked general contractors, delivering healthcare, multifamily, and commercial buildouts across the Southeast. As President, she leads the company's project operations and delivery, oversees project management and business development, and serves as DBE project manager on SDG's teaming & JV engagements.
